Getting Started.







So its no secret that I bug out about weight and stuff a lot of the time. When I moved to San Francisco I got really happy and settled in my life. I moved in with my super loving and supportive boyfriend and stopped obsessing over working out and started eating. I figured I could eat whatever because I worked at a gym and we walk around in the city. From doing that I gained 20lbs.
5'7" and 150lbs isn't bad at all really. What is bad is that I couldn't walk up stairs without getting winded, lost all motivation to be in shape.
After visiting the east coast and seeing how fat and gross I got I decided to get back on track. I love 15lbs. now I fluctuate back and forth with 5 of the pounds but I am still in horrible shape.
So now I'm deciding between crossfit training and p90x.

But it isn't enough to keep me motivated. I'm trying to do the shred, 45 mins of cardio a day, and a "butt workout" dvd. If I can keep up with that for a week I'm going to buy either the p90x or some private sessions with crossfit.

Or find another plan...

In other news:

When I get my camera back from repair I'm going to start taking pictures of the adventures I take the dogs on. We are going to start going hiking on my days off. Lola can now be off leash so I've taken her to Fort Funston and it was a blast.. I wish Champ could've come
